By registering and participating in the tribinnitalks Panel Portal, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, please do not register or continue to use this platform. Your continued use of the portal constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

Eligibility

Participation in the tribinnitalks panel is open to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Aged 18 years or above at the time of registration
• Meet the demographic criteria for specific research studies
• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration
• Have a valid email address and phone number for account verification
• Are legally permitted to participate in research panels in their jurisdiction

tribinnitalks reserves the right to verify eligibility and reject or suspend registrations that do not meet these criteria.

Panel Membership

As a registered panelist on tribinnitalks, you understand and agree to the following:

• Survey invitations are sent based on your demographic profile and are not guaranteed
• Participation in any individual survey is entirely voluntary
• You may opt out of panel membership at any time by contacting us or using the account settings
• Providing false or misleading survey responses may result in disqualification and forfeiture of rewards
• You must maintain only one active account on the platform

Use of the Portal

You agree to use the tribinnitalks portal only for its intended purpose. You must not:

• Misrepresent your identity or provide false information during registration or surveys
• Attempt to access unauthorized areas, systems, or data within the portal
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete surveys or interact with the platform
• Use the portal for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Share, sell, or transfer your account credentials to any third party
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's infrastructure, security, or other users

Incentives & Rewards

Panelists may receive incentives for completing surveys. The following conditions apply:

• The nature, value, and form of rewards will be clearly communicated before each survey
• Rewards are credited to your account only after quality verification of your survey responses
• tribinnitalks reserves the right to modify, replace, or withdraw incentive options at its discretion
• Rewards earned through fraudulent, duplicate, or low-quality responses will be forfeited
• Minimum redemption thresholds apply — these are displayed in your rewards dashboard
• Rewards have no cash equivalent unless explicitly stated as a cash payout option
• Unclaimed rewards may expire — expiry periods are shown at the time of earning

Data Protection

We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This includes:

• Collecting only the minimum data necessary for research and platform operations
• Using your data solely for the purposes stated in our Privacy Policy
• Ensuring appropriate technical and organizational security measures are in place
• Never selling or renting your personal data to third parties
• Providing access to, correction of, and deletion of your data upon request

Intellectual Property

All content, surveys, materials, designs, branding, and software provided through the tribinnitalks portal are the intellectual property of Tribinni Technologies Pvt. Ltd. or its licensed clients.

• You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish any content from the portal without prior written permission
• Survey questions, structures, and data belong exclusively to the commissioning research client
• The tribinnitalks name, logo, and brand elements may not be used without express written consent

Termination

tribinnitalks reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your panel membership at any time, with or without prior notice, in cases including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information
• Suspected fraudulent activity or manipulation of survey responses
• Misuse of the platform or abuse of the reward system
• Legal requirements or regulatory obligations

Upon termination, any unredeemed rewards may be forfeited at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tribinni Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any:

• Direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the portal
• Loss of data, rewards, or earnings due to technical failures beyond our reasonable control
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure events
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in survey content provided by research clients

Our total liability to any panelist shall not exceed the value of rewards credited to their account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to your use of the tribinnitalks portal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

For international panelists, local consumer protection laws may apply in addition to Indian law where mandated by your country of residence.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to this page. We will notify registered panelists of material changes via:

• Email notification to your registered address
• A prominent notice displayed upon your next login
• Updated "Last Updated" date at the top of this page

Your continued use of the tribinnitalks portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
